- Stanleigh looks like most raccoons, with a mask on his face, rings on his tail and a speckled, bushy coat. Stanleigh however, doesn't act like a raccoon, he lives in a house...with people. His best friends are dogs. He can dial a phone, sit in his own rocking chair, slide down banisters, open refrigerators and take baths in a bathtub. His favorite food is peanut brittle candy.
Kids all over the United States have read Stanleigh's Books and seen his movie. All portray the numerous sides of his wonderful character. We hope that exploring his website, will give people insight on the interesting nature raccoons and wildlife.
